Non-duality

The goal is to produce a non-dual philosophy. Dualism is the bane of our worldview. It places the pall of domination over everything. It covers up the opposites that roll over continuously in creation. The question is how do we produce a non-dual philosophy in the midst of a dualistic tradition and in the metaphysical era.

Our premise is that given the fundamental structure of metaphysical dualism:

The metaphysical Apeiron is distinguished from matter.(peiron)

Matter is distinguished into physus and logos.

That we may practice a logic of disconnection where by we do not allow the metaphysical principle (Apeiron) to interact with the limited and we do not allow the physus to interact with the logos and vice versa. This allows us to generate the hierarchies associated with each aspect.

In the midst of the separated aspects dwells non-duality. The non-dual is not the infinite nor the finite yet is both the infinite and the finite. The non-dual is not the logos nor the physus, yet is both the logos and the physus.

David Loy describes the NonDuality inherent in most eastern philosophies. We can approximate that in our tradition by disabling the action of the interaction of the dualisms in the Kosmic Monad. The Kosmic Monad is the archetype of the interface between form and formlessness. It has the form of the Mobius Strip and the Penrose Triangle combined. It is like the Mobius Strip in being locally dual but globally nondual yet finite. It is like the Penrose Triangle (Escher Waterfall) in being locally coherent but globally incoherent yet unlimited.
