This book is a philosophical exploration of the nature of the Indo-European
worldview which concentrates on the phenomena of Emergence and traces
the ontological roots of emergence back to the dawn of the worldview.
The book is copyrighted and all rights are reserved. No rights to this

The book is a collection of Working Papers called fragments. It is a rough draft.
There are many corrections to be made and that work is now in progress. Also there may
be substantive additions to material contained in the book prior to official publication.
